A fresh take on the old west... This restaurant and bar occupies one of the most photographed buildings in Central Oregon. We serve great steaks, locally raised 100% grass-finished, all-natural burgers, local craft beers on tap and vegetarian and gluten-free dishes in our beautifully restored 1912 historic building. Enjoy our new patio furniture, including outdoor sofas around gas fire-pits. Check out our new game room upstairs, with shuffleboard, foosball, and Golden Tee 2017, Big Buck Hunter, and many boardgames. We have Trivia on Tuesdays, Texas Hold 'em Tournament on Wednesdays, and Karaoke on Thursdays and Open Mic the first and third Sunday on the month.

Good food but even better service. Ryan was a great server, very sweet. We enjoyed a caballero burger (house favorite) and trout. If you’re going to get dessert, the cookies are a must!! Warm and topped with ice cream :)

This place rocks. Delicious food. Steak melts in your mouth. Bison burger awesome. Bread pudding made right. Moist and flavorful. We were attended by not one but two awesome servers, Jason and Donna were prompt and friendly. Will absolutely return.

This place is awesome. It's a restaurant today, but was originally a saloon with a hotel when it was built in 1912. We came here after stopping in Sisters on my way home to Vancouver. The food is great. It is pricey, but good quality. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon, but that's to ne expected for a popular place. The main attraction is the hotel upstairs that's still intact. It's really neat and it's pretty much all original, even the floor and windows. Loved the decor. I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Bend or Sisters.
